Fitness, Bootcamp, Functional Training in Berlin - Pankow & Kreuzberg The Brazilian Circuit Workout is a dynamic blend of Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, and strength training, specifically targeting all three glute muscles to deliver a visible booty lift. Each session incorporates choreographed movements set to music that makes your heart skip a beat, keeping the flow both engaging and effective. With smooth, controlled exercises and short recovery breaks, you’ll maintain a steady heart rate while sculpting lean, toned muscles. Focus areas rotate between core, arms, and legs, but the glutes are always a priority. Using ankle weights, resistance bands, and dumbbells, you’ll build strength and see real results—without bulking up. Please be at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Once the class starts, the studio will be locked and no other participants will be allowed in.
