The Cosmos is a community of diversely trained, well traveled and highly creative teachers and practitioners; they come together with the deep desire to share the practices of Yoga & Pilates in beautiful, boutique spaces. At The Cosmos Yoga and Pilates studios, they wish to take you deeper – sharing a universe of knowledge passed on from both yogic thinkers and pilates masters respectively, delivering knowledge and experiences for greater self expansion and a stronger body & mind. Our studios all feature the most beautiful and effective props by Bala. Experience Power Yoga, Power Pilates + Cosmic Pilates all with Bala Bangles and Power Rings. The Cosmos integrate Bala Bangles into every Power Pilates and Power Yoga class!

The Cosmos - De Pijp is located at Lutmastraat 191B Amsterdam 1074 TV - Check in at Studio 191 de Pijp and the host will direct you to the beautiful The Cosmos de Pijp studio at the rear. https://goo.gl/maps/kpLKHSHW2rm5ZT379 Mats and Props are all provided so you only need to arrive ready for your class! Wanting to take your water into class? Please bring a non-breakable water bottle for the practice room. You can refill your water in our water fountain. The Cosmos recommends wearing comfortable clothing that don't restrict your movement - whether it’s an old pair of PJs or Lululemon’s latest pant - they’re happy if you are, so just show up in something you can enjoy your class in. Please arrive with plenty of time to ease into the space (Preferably 15 mins before the start of class and latest 5 minutes before your class starts) - grab your props, choose your mat + enjoy a cup of complimentary chai. Please note: Late arrivals will not be granted entry to the class after the door has been closed.
