Yoga in Prenzlauer Berg We are a Yoga studio located in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. We believe that Yoga is a practice for the body and the mind. It is also an ethical exercise, where the physical practice is an execution of the meditative aspect. We aim to bring balance into our lives using yogic practices in their traditional forms and different styles. We believe in the power of hands-on assists. Kindly tell your teacher before the class starts if you wish not to be assisted. Yoga is for everyone. All bodies are welcome. Our space is LGBQTIA+ and BiPoc friendly.

Sha-La studios offer Yoga mats, blocks, meditation pillows, Yoga belts and blankets free of charge for use during the classes. Please don't forget to clean your equipment after use so that everyone can share it. Buche deinen Kurs direkt über die Urban Sports Club App! Bitte beachte, dass dies eine verbindliche Buchung ist, und die Stornierungsfrist eingehalten werden muss. Die jeweilige Stornierungsfrist wird bei der Buchung angezeigt.
