Yoga in Berlin - Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Frauenyoga Berlin teaches a 90-minute prenatal/pregnancy yoga class at Kreuzbergyoga studio. The trainer Katharina is also trained as a birth preparer, women with special needs and difficulties during pregnancy are expressly welcome. If you have any uncertainties or questions, please contact the trainer directly. Yoga beginners welcome. The focus is on the pregnant woman with her special needs in this phase of life. The 90-minute length of the course allows time for a meaningful and supportive yoga practice. In addition to asanas to strengthen the muscles and release tension and blockages, this course places particular emphasis on supporting the hormonal system and internal organs during pregnancy. We practise birth-preparatory asanas, as well as pranayama / breathing exercises for birth and intense pelvic floor training, postures and yogic techniques to prevent and alleviate typical pregnancy complaints and to reduce stress. At the end of each class there is time for a relaxing Shavasana / deep relaxation. The class is held in english/ german if required
