Movements is the first Amsterdam Hot Yoga and Pilates studio.Our flagship studio is a hidden sanctuary with bamboo floors & mirrors. Featuring a unique heating system, our bright studios are heated to 40°C, enhancing practice. Enjoy Hot Yoga and Hot Mat Pilates classes to balance strength & flexibility. A close-knit team of yoga teachers is ready to give you the best lessons in the city's finest boutique studio. Movements is the studio where they know you by your name and where you immediately feel at home. More than 70 lessons are taught weekly, all heated from 30 to 38 degrees Celsius, including their signature classes: Hot C 60, Hot Pilates, and Hot Yin. Informação Importante:
Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Mats can be borrowed at the studio, a towel is mandatory to use on top of the mat for hygienic purposes. You can also rent a towel for 2 euros. Luxury dressing rooms and showers are available, as well as state of the art lockers. Please arrive on time (at least 5 minutes before the class starts), otherwise we can give your spot to someone on the waiting list. Late arrivers will not be allowed into the class. Please leave your phone in our secure lockers. We care for our beginners and make their introduction to our studio smooth & simple. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your class starts. We kindly advise first timers to book a Hot C class, as the perfect choice for a first Hot Yoga workout. At the beginning of each class, new students are identified by the teachers, who guide & help them stay safe in their practice. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any inquiries new students may have.
