I am a coach with 3 decades of experience. I initially trained as an osteopath at the famous Maidstone College of Osteopathy, but I quickly realized that I preferred working upstream rather than treating. I teach Pilates, animal flow and natural movement and I'm here to help you achieve a "happier body".
